We have been very pleased with this bike! This was our first e-bike, and we bought this for our son for his 14th birthday. He is a tall boy, so a youth bike just wouldn't cut it. We are going on 2 months with it now, and we have zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Assembly was quick and simple with the included tools. The ride is smooth and comfortable, making it an ideal solution for my short-distance travel needs.

120 Mile Update:
Brakes are good, battery life is well, tires are superb, overall a solid bike for the price point

Just assembled and took the T16Pro out for its first ride today. We went with the compact 14" version. The bike arrived incredibly fast and was packaged really well — nothing was damaged and all parts were secure. We followed the video instructions online, and the whole setup took us around 40–50 minutes.

There’s a short but steep slope near our apartment, so we used that as a test ride. On my regular bike, I definitely need to hop off and push halfway up. But with the T16Pro, a bit of pedal assist was all it took to cruise right up. It’s honestly kind of fun seeing such a small bike handle hills that well.

The disc brakes feel solid too — especially riding back down that same slope. They respond quickly and give a good sense of control. We’ve folded it a few times now, just to get familiar with the mechanism.

We haven’t tested the full battery range yet, so that’s something we’ll figure out after a few more rides. But overall, first impressions are very positive. If anything comes up or we run into issues, I’ll update this review — but for now, we’re impressed!

First of all, everything worked right out of the box! It was pretty easy to put together. The bike rides well, and I reached about 15.5 mph even at around 145 lbs. I like it a lot, and I trust it will help me get out of the apartment more and ride around the city.
